HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER You may place your order through our online shopping cart. When your online checkout is complete,
you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS Visa and MasterCard
Both your shipping address and credit card billing address must be within
the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be
based in the United States. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
PAYMENT SECURITY/SAFE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS We offer secure shopping using SSL protocol, an Internet communications
technology, which encrypts and secures your credit card and personal
information. Your financial
safety is extremely important to us. FrontLine
Sports contracts with Magiclamp Networks, CardReady and Comodo to
help protect your financial safety in our online ordering process.
SHIPPING INFORMATION Currently, we only ship orders within the Continental U.S.A. Since our art and mirrors are custom
framed, production and shipping times vary according to availability
and the work needed to finish the product properly. Most orders will be
ship within 2 - 4 weeks.
As mentioned previously, you must have both a shipping address and
credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing credit card bank
must be based in the United States. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
SHIPPING FEES We ship via United Parcel Systems (UPS) only. **FrontLine Sports is not responsible for
shipping carrier delays.
SALES TAX By law, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped
within California.
RETURN POLICY
We reserve the right to substitute colors due to
manufacturer supply.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for customer requested
refunds.
To make an
exchange, simply return your item; then place an order for the item you
would like.
A packing slip and
original receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns.
All returns must be
new, unused and contain original product packaging, accessories,
manuals and registration cards.
Product that is
returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used -- if accepted -- will
require a deduction. This
deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse
the deduction.
Product returned
with serial number missing or tampered with will NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK
FOR RETURN.
Shipping and
handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items.
All DVDs, videos, and
magazines purchased from FrontLine Sports must
be returned to FrontLine Sports through the
mail. Please note: Items that
have been removed from their plastic wrap cannot be returned unless
they are defective.
Marker upgrades and
personalized items are not returnable. Since these items have been
personalized for you, we are not able to return the item to inventory.
We make every effort to personalize your item exactly as you request
it. If there is a mistake in
your personalization, please call us at 1-888-304-2225 to discuss
replacement options.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price is subject to change
without notice.
PRIVACY POLICY All information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and
used solely for the purpose of order correspondence unless given to us
for our newsletter. We absolutely
will not share or sell our customer information with anyone.
SPAM FrontLine Sports does not support or send SPAM. Affiliates agree at sign-up to only
send e-mails to opt-in distributions and to
include a way to remove people from their distributions who no longer
want to participate in their list. Marketing by other sites including
affiliates is outside of our control. We cannot be responsible for
monitoring other sites and their marketing activities.
If you have inadvertently received an e-mail from someone linking to FrontLine Sports or one of its sites, please
contact the sender directly to be removed from further distributions. This e-mail did not come from us. We understand your frustration and
appreciate your patience. We are
also being bombarded with SPAM daily and support your activities to
stop it.
