What are 'UPs'?
UPs are short for 'Upgrades' and can range from a longer barrel to chamber sensors that speed up the rate of fire for your marker.

If I order an upgrade for my marker, will it be installed for me?
Absolutely! FrontLine Sports will make sure your marker's upgrades are not only installed, but working correctly!

I received an order confirmation email, what does this mean?
This means that you placed an order online with us, and the system received and processed your order correctly. Please keep in mind that your order still needs to be processed and shipped. We try very hard to process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

My item was in stock on your website but now it’s out of stock Why?
Our inventory is updated daily. Occasionally we receive multiple orders for the same product and can only fulfill a limited number of requests. We will send you an email as soon as we realize that an item is out of stock.

How long does a backordered item take to arrive?
We understand how important it is to receive your order on a timely basis. FrontLine Sports tries to keep our inventory stocked, however, there are times when we are unable to receive merchandise due to manufacturing delays. We make every effort to receive items and ship them to our customers as soon as possible. If items are on backorder an unreasonable length of time we will contact the customer for an alternative product or refund.

What if my package is damaged or merchandise is missing?
FrontLine Sports takes every effort to ensure your package arrives in satisfactory condition. If your package is damaged please call our customer service 1-888-304-2225. Do not discard the shipping carton until you have spoken with us.

How soon will my return be processed?
Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days from the time it is received in our office. Orders paid by credit card will have their credit card refunded in approximately 3-5 business days from the time the package was processed. If you request an exchange, the return should be processed and on it’s way back to you within 1-3 business days from its received date. In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, so please provide a contact number or email address.

Can I get my tracking number please?
Please go to our homepage and view the status of your order, including tracking numbers using the order number given in your confirmation email.

Why are your online prices different than the prices in your retail store?
Several reasons, the biggest being the level of service we are able to offer to our store customers. Our products are on display in our store for you to 'touch & feel’. Also, in the store we are able to assist in purchasing items, answering questions, installing parts, etc.

Where can I find your sale items?
There a two places where you can find our sale items: in our store and in our "What's on Sale" area on the website. Click on What's on Sale?" and select the category of your choice.

Can I get the same price in your retail store as you have listed on your website?
On some items, yes, however, there is no guarantee. What's on sale in our store may not be on sale on our website and vise versa. We are not obligated to honor prices found on other websites.

Can I pick up the items I order off your website at your retail store?
Yes, occasionally. Please make a note in your order and we can sometimes make the merchandise available in the store. Be aware that we will still charge shipping on some items.

My marker is not working, what can I do?
Visit frontlinesports.net and go to tech@frontlinesports.net. They will hook you up and help you out. You can also ask us questions at 1-888-304-2225. Ask to speak to a tech. If this does not help you can request service by a Frontline tech. Send the marker to us and we will take a look at it. If the problem is related to an upgrade we installed and is under the warranty we will take care of it. The marker will be fixed and shipped back to you free of charge. If the problem is determine to be related to a non-FrontLine installed part, there will be a fee and shipping will not be covered.

How does my team get sponsored by FrontLine Sports?
Become a very, very good team. - If you are very serious; you must send us a team resume via snail mail. No faxes or emails will be reviewed. The resume must include photos & info about each player on the team. It must include past tournament placing & awards received. List your goals and what events you plan to attend. Specify what you are asking for. Lastly, we need to know why you think we should sponsor you.

What is the Keychain Special, how do I get a Keychain?
Purchase any marker in-store and you will receive the 2 Keychain Holder Discounts. First, Keychain holders receive 15% off any case of 2000 paintballs FOR LIFE. Second, Keychain holders also receive 15% off the Keychain Special of the Week. The Keychain Special of the Week is posted in-store and on the website (at the very top)
